We will ensure your item is quality checked, cleaned and ready to use. All you need to do is put in your SIM card and give it a full charge.
- Orders received before 5pm Monday-Friday will ship on the same day.
- Orders received after 5pm or on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next available business day.
- All orders are delivered with Royal Mail, UPS and DHL Express (unless otherwise stated) and come with tracking.

Your 12 month warranty will begin on the day you place your order, so you're covered straight away!
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 3 working days after we receive the order.
